These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Anubhav AI (the "App"), an Android app that generates a QR code for your business; customers who scan it are asked to rate their experience and answer a couple of quick questions, and the App uses that input to draft a review they can post to Google. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms apply to business owners who use the Anubhav AI app ("you", "your business"). Customers who scan a QR code and use the review-drafting web page are not required to agree to these Terms to use that page, but their use is subject to the same general acceptable-use principles described below.
You must be authorized to represent the business you set up in the App, and the Google review link you provide must genuinely belong to that business. You sign in using Google Sign-In; you're responsible for keeping that Google account secure, and for all activity that happens under your business profile.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose: collecting genuine feedback from your actual customers and helping them draft honest reviews reflecting their real experience. You agree not to:
Customers remain free to edit the AI-drafted review before posting it, or not post it at all — the App never posts anything to Google automatically on anyone's behalf.
Reviews are drafted by an AI model (Anthropic's Claude) based on the star rating and answers a customer provides. We don't guarantee the drafted text will be perfectly accurate, well-written, or free of errors — customers are shown the draft and can edit it before posting, and are responsible for reviewing it themselves before choosing to post it publicly.
The same applies to the reply helper, which drafts replies to the reviews collected through your QR code. A drafted reply is a suggestion only: nothing is posted for you, and you are responsible for reading it, editing it so it is accurate, and complying with Google's policies before you post it. Only add facts to the optional note that are true.
You retain ownership of the business information and any logo you upload to the App. By uploading a logo, you confirm you have the right to use it (e.g. it's your own business's logo, not one you don't have rights to), and you grant us a limited license to store and display it back to your customers on the review page, solely for that purpose.
The App depends on Google Firebase, Google Play Billing, Google Sign-In, and Anthropic's Claude API to function. We aren't responsible for outages, changes, or issues originating from these third-party services that are outside our control.
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that using the App will result in more reviews, better ratings, or any particular business outcome. We don't guarantee Google will accept, publish, or keep live any review a customer chooses to post.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost business, lost reviews, or reputational harm.
You can stop using the App and delete your business data at any time from the App's Settings screen, or by following the process at our account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms, particularly the acceptable-use section above.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different governing law is required by the law of your own country of residence.
