Delete Your Anubhav AI Account and Data
If you're a business owner using the Anubhav AI Android app and want your account and business data deleted, follow the steps below.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to niranjanvevo@gmail.com from the Google account you used to sign in to the app.
- Include the subject line "Anubhav AI — Delete my account".
- We'll confirm your identity using the email address tied to your account, then process the deletion.
What gets deleted
- Your business profile (name, category, review link, and questions).
- All reviews collected through your QR code (customer ratings and drafted review text).
- Your account's association with Anubhav AI in our systems.
What's kept, and for how long
We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days. Some records may be retained briefly in backups or logs for security and fraud-prevention purposes, and are purged on our normal backup rotation schedule rather than instantly. Subscription/payment records are managed by Google Play directly and aren't something we can delete on Google's behalf — see Google Play's own account and payment settings for that.
